Wanted:	Shipping is through FedEx, next day to your door no later than 10:30AM. Someone must be present to sign for the package. Animals will not be shipped until it is safe to do so – not too hot and not too cold. We prefer temperatures no lower than 45 degrees. Reptiles are not considered sold until payment is received. Payment methods include Pay Pal, credit card (via Pay Pal), money order, personal check & cashiers check. However, shipment will not be made until funds clear the bank. Flexible payment plans will be considered (requires a non-refundable 25% down payment), please inquire. No sales to minors (under 18 years of age) without parental consent. Buyers Remorse, or similar, does not qualify for refund. However Jay Martin Reptiles may decide to purchase the animal back at a reduced price. In the event of death, the animal will be immediately shipped back to Jay Martin Reptiles where a necropsy can be initiated. Any possible refund will not be given until the necropsy is completed (which could take one month or more). All issues must be brought to our attention within 48 hours.
